时辰化疗对恶性肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的 探讨时辰化疗对恶性肿瘤患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响.方法 100例经组织病理学或细胞学确诊的初诊恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为时辰化疗组和常规化疗组,化疗前后分别检测T淋巴细胞亚群.结果 时辰化疗组:(1)CD3+较化疗前上升,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05) ;(2)CD3+ CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD8+ CD 28+较化疗前有显著上升(P＜0.01);(3)CD3+ CD8+、CD8+ CD28－较化疗前显著下降(P＜0.01).常规化疗组:(1)CD3+、CD3+ CD4+、CD3+ CD8+、CD4+/CD8+较化疗前上升,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；(2)CD8+ CD28+、CD8+ CD28－较化疗前略有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 时辰化疗同常规化疗相比较,时辰化疗在解除肿瘤对机体的免疫抑制,改善细胞免疫功能方面明显优于常规化疗.

Effects of chronochemotherapy on T cell subsets in patients with malignant tumor

Objective To investigate the effects of chronochemotherapy on T cell subsets in the patients with malignant tumor. Methods 100 cases of malignant tumor identified by histopathology and cellular pathology test were randomly divided into the chronochemotherapy group and the regular chemotherapy group. T cell subsets were detected before and after chemotherapy. Results In the chronochemotherapy group,CD3＋ CD4＋ ,CD4＋/CD8＋ and CD8＋ CD28＋ T cell subsets were significantly increased after chemotherapy （P〉0.01）, and CD3＋ subset was slight- ly increased （P〉0.05）. Inversely,CD3＋ CD8＋ and CD8＋ CD28 T cell subsets were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. In the regular chemotherapy group, CD3＋ , CD3＋ CD4＋ , CD3＋ CD8＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ T cell subsets were slightly increased after chemotherapy （P〉0. 05）. Inversely, CD8＋ CD28＋ and CD8＋ CD28- T cell subsets were slightly decreased （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Chronochemotherapy is more beneficial than regular chemotherapy on relieving immunosuppression induced by malignant tumor and improving cellular immunity function.
