腹腔镜联合内窥镜治疗胃肠道良恶性病变50例的疗效分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜联合内窥镜治疗胃肠道良恶性病变的疗效.方法 对该院普外科2008年6月至2011年6月收治的胃肠道良恶性病变患者50例,采用腹腔镜联合内窥镜进行微创切除手术,并对切除标本进行病理检查.结果 50例患者手术均获成功,术中定位准确,无中转开腹手术.手术时间60～150 min,平均(110±20)min,无吻合口出血、肠漏、腹腔脓肿等并发症发生.患者术后胃镜或肠镜随访12个月,未见病灶复发,术前症状消失.结论 腹腔镜与内窥镜联合应用对胃肠道良恶性病变部位定位准确,同时具有创伤小、手术时间短、术后恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少等优点,值得临床推荐.

Analysis on curative effects of laparoscope combined with endoscope on treating gastrointestinal tract benign and malignant lesions in 50 cases

Objective To analyze the effects of laparoscope combined with endoscope on treating gastrointestinal tract benign and malignant lesions. Methods 50 patients with gastrointestinal tract benign and malignant lesions in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2011 were performed the laparoscope combined with endoscope minimally invasive resection operation,and the resection specimens were conducted the pathological examination. Results 50 cases were successfully performed operation with accurate intra-operative localization and without conversion to open surgery. The operation time was 60-150 min, average （110 ±20）min. There were no anastomotic bleeding, intestinal fistula,abdominal abscess and other complications. The patients were followed up with post-operation gastroscopy or colonoscopy for one year,no lesions recurred and preoperative symptoms disappeared. Conclusion Combined laparoscopic and endoscopic application can accurately determine the location of gastrointestinal tract benign and malignant lesions,at the same time has the advantages of little trauma, short operation time,faster posoperative recovery, short hospital stay and less complications, which deserves to be spread in clinic.
