| 摘 要： | 目的总结小儿外周静脉留置针单手送管的经验。方法对200例患儿进行外周静脉留置针穿刺时采用单手送管的方法。结果单手送管成功190例，失败10例，成功率95％。结论小儿外周静脉留置针单手送管可提高穿刺成功率，减轻患儿的痛苦，提高护理质量，增进护患关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences with infant tube advance with single hand for retained needle via peripheral vein. Methods A total of 200 affecting infants received tube advance with single hand at the time of indwelling needle via peripheral vein. Results Of all 200 infants included, 190 were successful and the remaining 10 failed, with a success rate of 95%. Conclusion Tube advance with single hand for retained needle via peripheral vein in children can raise the success rate for puncture, relieve their pain, and increase the nursing quality as well as enhance the patient-nurse relationship. |
