女性精神分裂症患者及其配偶的婚姻质量调查

目的 :讨论女性精神分裂症患者及其配偶的婚姻质量。方法 :采用Olson婚姻质量表 (ENRICH) ,对 30例女性精神分裂症患者及配偶进行评定。结果 :女性精神分裂症及配偶的婚姻质量明显低于正常水平 ,其配偶得分低于患者。结论 :女性精神分裂症患者及其配偶的婚姻质量明显降低。夫妻双方在性格相容性、夫妻交流及解决冲突方式、业余活动、性生活、与亲友的关系等方面存在不和谐 ,易出现矛盾和冲突

Investigation of the marital quality in female schizophrenics and their spouses

Objective:To investigate the marital quality in female schizophrenics and their spouses. Methods: Thirty married female schizophrenics and their husbands were evaluated with Olson Marital Quality Inventory (ENRICH). Results: The marital quality of the female schizophrenics and their husbands was lower compared with the normal reference .The scores in the husbands were lower than in the schizophrenics. Conclusions: The marital quality of female schizophrenics and their husbands was poor. Tolerance of character, interaction, solving conflict, spare-time activity, sex, relationship were not adjusted properly. More conflicts occurred in this family.
