| 摘 要： | 原发性中枢神经系统性血管炎典型临床表现为发作性头痛、痴呆、精神智能改变、颅神经麻痹或反复局灶神经功能缺失。软脑膜及脑实质活检仍是诊断的金标准。激素及免疫抑制剂治疗可明显改善部分患者的预后。

| Abstract: | The common clinical manifestations of the primary agiitis of the central nervous system include burst of headache, dementia, change of aptitude, paralysis of cranial nerves,and recurrent focal depletion of the neural function. Lptomeningeal and brain biopsy are still the gold criteria for diagnosis. The prognosis may be improved after cortin and immunosuppressant therapy. |
