商洛市艾滋病防治示范区流动人口艾滋病知识调查

目的了解商洛市艾滋病综合防治示范区内流动人口对艾滋病预防知识知晓情况,掌握流动口对艾滋病健康教育的需求,为在流动人口中进一步开展健康教育提供依据。方法对商洛市3个艾滋病综合防治示范区内的建筑工人、宾馆和酒楼服务员、美容美发人员AIDS知识和态度进行调查。结果流动人口总体上对艾滋病基本知识缺乏了解,知识水平普遍较低,54.6%的被调查人员认为看起来健康的人不会携带艾滋病毒,对目前艾滋病是否有可靠的疫苗以及母婴传播预防等问题更是缺乏了解。被调查的流动人口中有50.0%的人对艾滋病毒感染者感到害怕、紧张并会躲避,获取艾滋病相关知识的途径以电视最高。结论流动人口是一个十分特殊的群体,对流动人口进行艾滋病健康教育刻不容缓,必须加强综合宣传教育。

Knowledge on AIDS among the Transient Population in shangluo

Objective To understand the current situation of AIDS knowledge,among transient population and their demands for health education against AIDS in Comprehensive AIDS Response(CARES) project areas so as to provide the effective intervention strategies.Methods The transient population in three CARES including construction works,hotel or restaurant attendants,workers in haircut and cosmetic services were surveyed with the self-designed questionnaires covering the knowledge,attitude,and behavior on AIDS.Results As a whole,the transient population had poor AIDS prevention knowledge.Some 54.6 % of them were lack of protective abilities and consciousness on AIDS prevention.About 50.0 % of the surveyed were fear of,nervous to and taking avoidance of people with HIV/AIDS.But great numbers of them would like to accept AIDS education on TV show.Conclusion The transient people are special population groups.AIDS health education is urgently needed for them.Integrative AIDS education must be intensified.
