消化系恶性肿瘤患者血清Hcy测定的临床意义

目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平测定的临床意义.方法:选择了我院明确诊断、治疗的138例恶性肿瘤患者和35例正常健康体检者,采用化学发光免疫分析法测定了肿瘤患者和对照组人员的空腹血清Hcy、FA及VitB12三项指标水平.结果:5种肿瘤患者的血清Hcy水平均显著高于对照组(P均＜0.01);而FA水平则5种恶性肿瘤患者均显著低于对照组(P均＜0.01);VitB12测定结果与对照组比较仅有极轻微的下降,统计学处理无显著性意义(P均＞0.05).结论:5种消化系恶性肿瘤患者的血清Hcy及FA水平变化非常显著,有重要临床意义;VitaminB12测定临床价值似乎不大.

Clinical Significance of Determination of Changes of Serum Homocysteine Levels in Patients with Malignant Tumors of Digestive System

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum homocysteine, folic acid and vitaminB12 levels in patients with 5 kinds of malignant tumors of digestive system. Methods Serum levels of homocysteine, folic acid and vitaminB12 (with chemiluminescence immunoassay) were determined in 30 patients with primary hepatic cancer, 31 patients with colorectal ca-ncer, 32 patients with gastric cancer, 25 patients with pancreatic carcinoma and 20 patients with esophageal cancer as well as in 35 controls. Results The serum concentration of homocysteine in the patients with malignant tumors were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01). But the serum concentrations of folic acid were significantly lower than those in controls (P<0.01). The serum concentration of vitaminB12 in 5 the patients were not significantly different from those in controls (P<0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum levels of homocysteine, folic acid were quite significant these patients with malignant tumors of digestive system and determining of which might be of clinical importance while determination of vitaminB12 changes was of less importance.
