联合用药治疗高血压及逆转左心室肥厚180例

目的对比观察国产苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平（施慧达）联合盐酸贝那普利（信达怡）和进口苯磺酸氨氯地平（络活喜）联合盐酸贝那普利（信达怡）治疗原发性轻中度高血压疗效、费用、安全性及对左心室肥厚的逆转作用。方法 360例轻中度原发性高血压合并左心室肥厚患者经1～2周的药物洗脱期后随机分为试验组180例：国产苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平（施慧达）联合盐酸贝那普利（信达怡））和对照组180例：进口苯磺酸氨氯地平（络活喜）联合盐酸贝那普利（信达怡）,服用60周,有严重不良反应者即退出临床试验,用药前及用药60周后分别行心脏彩色多普勒超声检查。结果试验组与对照组中分别有8、25例因严重的下肢水肿、头昏、头痛退出试验,有28、25例因严重干咳退出临床试验。两组均能有效降低血压、逆转左心室肥厚,且两组对比无差异（P〉0.05）。因严重的下肢水肿退出试验者,国产左旋氨氯地平组少于进口氨氯地平（P〈0.05）,严重干咳副作用两组发生率相近（P〉0.05）,国产药物组的费用仅为进口药物组的40%左右。结论国产苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合盐酸贝那普利与进口苯磺酸氨氯地平联合盐酸贝那普利治疗原发性轻中度高血压及逆转左心室肥厚相比疗效确切、副作用少、费用低。

Clinical Observation on Levamlodipine Beslate Combined Benazepril Hydrochloride In Treating Patients with Hypertension and Reversal Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Objective To compare the efficacy, cost and safety of domestic levamlodipine beslate （Shihuida） combined benazepril hydrochloride （xindayi） and import amlodipine besylate （Norvasc） combined benazepril hydrochloride （xindayi） in treatment of mild and moderate primary hypertension and reversal left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods 360 patients with mild and moderate primary hypertension and left ventricalar hypertrophy, after 1-2 weeks of drug-eluting period, were randomly divided into two groups： domestic levamlodipine beslate （Shihuida） combined benazepril hydrochloride （xindayi） was test group 180, and import amlodipine besylate （Norvasc） combined benazepril hydrochloride （xindayi） was the control group 180.Both groups were took drugs for 60 weeks, during this periods the patients who with serious adverse reactions were out of clinical trials. And both groups patients had to do heart color Doppler ultrasound examination before taking drugs and after 60 weeks . Results Because of severe lower extremity edema to exit trails, there were 6 cases in test group and 19 cases in control group .Because of severe dry cough out clinical trials, there were 28 cases in test group ,25 cases in control group. This two groups also could effectively cut down blood pressure, reverse left ventricular hypertrophy, and there was no significant differences in this two groups （P〉0.05）. Because of severe lower extremity edema due to withdrawal test persons, domestic levamlodipine beslate group were less than import amlodipine beslate group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of severe dry cough were similar to the two groups（P〉0.05）,and comparing the cost, the domestic group was only 0.4 times than the imported group. Conclusion Comparing domestic levamlodipine beslate combined benazepril hydrochloride and reversal left ventricular hypertrophy with import amlodipine besylate combined benazepril hydrochloride in treatment of mild and moderate primary hypertension ,it was certain curative effect, less side effects and low cost.
