氢氧化铝凝胶对甲氰咪胍生物利用度的影响

摘    要:5例内镜确诊的十二指肠溃疡男性志愿者,单用甲氰咪胍400mg,合用氢氧化铝凝胶10ml(中和能力12.5mmol/10ml),顺序按随机交叉,测得甲氰咪胍的血药时间数据,按口服一房室模型方程拟合后,算出药物动力学参数值。结果5名受试者接受二种用药方案后,消除速度常数k,吸收速度常数k_■,达峰时t_p,血药峰浓度C_(max)及药时曲线下的面积AUC 经统计学分析,无显著性差异(p>0.05),提示氢氧化铝凝胶不影响甲氰咪胍生物利用度。

Abstract:The absorption of asingle oral dose of cimetidine 400mg taken with and with-out 10ml aluminium hydroxide gel(neutralizing capacity 12.5mmol/10ml)in 5fastinh patients with peptic ulcer desease was studied.Cimetidine concentrationin serum was measured with HPLC.The results showed that the AUC value,CmaxTp,Ka and K did not have Significant difference between two group.The antacidwith lower neutralizing capacity did not diminish the amount of cimetidine alo-rption.The combination of this antacid and cimetidinewas acceptable for releasingsevere pain of stomach.
