| 摘 要： | 本文报告醋酸肤轻松、胆固醇和乙底酚对试管内霉菌生长的影响.其结果表明醋酸肤轻松低浓度(2～6mg)有促进霉菌生长的作用,高浓度(8mg)有抑制霉菌生长的作用,而胆固醇及乙底酚有抑制或杀灭霉菌的作用(乙底酚的作用较明显)

| Abstract: | This paper reports the effect of fiuccinolone acetonide, cholesterol and stilbestrol against the trichophyton rubrum growth in vitro. These results suggest that at the doses of 2 and 4 mg of fluocinolone acetcside in 10 ml sabourand's medium, fluocinolone acetonide had the action of fungus growth promotion: At the doses of 8mg of among fluocinolone acetonide, cholesterol and stilbestrol in 10 ml sabourand's medium, fluocinolone acetonide had the action of fungus growth inhibition, but cholesterol and stilbestrol inhibit or kill their growth.The mechanism may be related to their different molecular structure |
