秦岭大黄化学成分研究

首次从秦岭大黄（RheumqinlingenseY．K．Yang，D．K．Zhanget．J．K．Wu）根和根茎的乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了6个化合物，即大黄酚（chrysophanol）、大黄素甲醚（physcion）、大黄素（emodin）、芦荟大黄素（aloe－emodin）、大黄酸（rhein）、大黄酚-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙（chrysophanol－8－O-β-D－glucopyranoside）：利用GC－MS－DS对其挥发性成分进行了分析，鉴定出27个化合物。

Studies on chemical constituents of Rheum qinlingense

Chemical Studies on the roots and rhizomes of Rheum qinlingense Y. K. Yang, D. K. Zhang et J. K. Wu have lead to the isolation of 6 compounds from the ethanolic extract. They were identified as chrysophanol, physcion, emodin, aloe-emodin, rhein and chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranosid based on their chemical and spectral properties. The volatile constituents in the plant were also investigated by means of GC-MS-DS technique and 27 components were identified. All these compounds were isolated and identified for the first time from the plant.
