曲酸霜的处方设计及稳定性研究

通过正交试验研究了曲酸霜的化学稳定性。结果表明，抗氧剂亚硫酸氢钠、金属离子络合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠对曲酸的稳定作用最强；霜剂基质的pH对曲酸的稳定性也有较大影响，pH3．5时稳定性最好；十二烷基硫酸钠可加速曲酸降解，不宜用作曲酸霜的乳化剂。

Study on formulation design and stability of kojic acid cream

Chemical stabilily of kojic acid cream was studied by orthonormal test. The results revealed that the effect of antioxidant (sodium hydrogen sulfite) and chelator (ethylenediamine tetra-acetic acid) on kojic acid was most important, the effect of cream base pH was more evidnet and pH 3. 5 was the best.Sodium lauryl sulfate was disadvantageous to its stability and was unsuitable for emulsifier of kojic acid cream.
