舒血宁注射液治疗心绞痛疗效观察

目的：探讨舒血宁注射液治疗心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将110例心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组50例，治疗组以舒血宁25mL加入5％葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注，每日1次；两组均给予硝酸甘油10mg加入5％葡萄糖注射液500mL静脉滴注，每日1次及口服阿司匹林、硝酸酯类药物等常规治疗，两周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组显效51例，显效率85．O％，有效5例，无效4例，总有效率93．3％；对照组：显效38例，显效率76．0％，有效5例，无效7例，总有效率86．0％，两组对比P〈0．05，差异有显著性。结论：舒血宁注射液治疗心绞痛安全有效。

Curative Effect of Shuxuening Injection on Angina Pectoris

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuxuening injection in treating angina pectoris. METHODS： A total of 110 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into control group （n = 50） and trial group （n = 60） ： both the trial group and the control group received Nitroglycerin 10mg plus 5 % glucose injection 500ml by iv gtt qd in combination of aspirin and nitrates peros, but the trial group was assigned to receive additional Shuxuening injection plus 5 % Glucose injection 250 ml qd. The course of treatment for both groups was two weeks. RESULTS ： The total effective rate was 93.3% in the trial group （CR in 51 cases （85.0%）, PR in 5 cases, NR in 4 cases） versus 86.0% in control group （CR in 38 cases （76.0%）, PR in 5 cases, NR in 7 cases）, showing significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： Shuxucning injection showed proved efficacy and safety in patients with coronary heart disease complicated angina pectoris.
