| 摘 要： | 目的 了解带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的适应证、动力型和静力型固定的原则 ,以及常见并发症和处理方法。方法 回顾性分析我院 1998年到 2 0 0 3年间带锁髓内钉治疗的 2 1例股骨干骨折。其中稳定型 7例 ,不稳定型 14例 ,开放性骨折 5例 ,闭合性骨折 16例。结果 发生断钉 2例 ,远端锁钉安置失败 1例 ,余皆恢复良好。结论 带锁髓内钉扩展了髓内钉在股骨干骨折治疗中的适用范围。术后患者可早期功能锻炼 ,最大限度地恢复和保护膝关节的功能 ,但也需注意预防并发症的发生

| Abstract: | Objective To comprehend indication and principal of interlocking intramedullary nailing to treat femoral shaft fracture and its related complications and strategies. Methods\ Analysis was carried out retrospectively of 21 patients with interlocking intramedullary nailing in treating femoral shaft fracture since 1998 in our hospital,among which 7 cases with stable fracture, 14 cases with unstable fracture, 5 cases with open fracture, and 16 cases with closed fracture . Results\ All the patients got good rehabilitation after operation except two cases with broken nailing and one case with malposition of the distal locking screw. Conclusion\ The interlocking intramedullary nailing can be widely used in femoral shaft fracture,but early exercise is needed in order to restore and protect the function of knees after operation, and prevent the occurance of complications. |
