颅内病理性钙化的CT诊断与分析

目的 分析与评价颅内病理性钙化在CT定性诊断中的诊断。方法 回顾性分析48例颅内病理性钙化病人的CT片，按病理学将其分成二组；第一组为肿瘤性钙化，30例，第二组为非肿瘤性钙化，18例，主要观察内容；钙化部位，形态，大小，数目和分布。结果 （1）本组48例病变中，不同的病变在CT表现上有其一定的钙化特征。（2）肿瘤性病变其钙化特征分为囊壁型和瘤内型两种，以颅咽管瘤，星形细胞瘤，少突胶质细胞瘤，脑膜瘤及脊索瘤较为常见。（3）非肿瘤性钙化则常见于脑囊虫病，结节性硬化，结核性脑膜炎等良性病变，其钙化病灶为病变定性诊断提供了重要依据。结论 颅内病理性钙化对颅内疾病的CT定性诊断有重要价值。

CT diagnosis and analysis of pathological intracranial calcifications

To analyze and assess the value of pathological intracranial calcifications in the CT qualitative diagnosis. Methods CT scans of 48 cases with pathological intracranial calcification were retrospectively studied. The cases were divided into two groups. The first group included 30 cases with tumorous calcification and the second group included 18 cases with non - tumorous calcification. Observation included: calcific locations, shapes, sizes, numbers and distributions. Results CD In 48 cases, the different diseases have their definite calcific characters. (2) in accordonce with characeters, the tumorous calcification was classfied into the cystic wall and the intra-tumor types. It was more common seen in craniopharyngioma, astrocytoma, oligodendroglioma, meningioma and chordoma. (3) The non - tumorous calcification was generally seen in benign diseases of cysticercosis of brain, tuberous sclerosis and tuberculous meningitis. In most cases, it can provide important evidence for the CT qualitative diagnoses. Conclusion pathological intracranial calcification has a great value in the CT qualitative diag-nosis.
