中山产长春花不同部位中文多灵生物碱的分布

摘    要:目的探讨长春花药材不同部位中文多灵生物碱的含量,为长春花药材的产业化生产提供依据。方法以C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,10μm)为分析柱 甲醇-水(60∶40,以二乙胺和磷酸调节pH=8~9)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1 检测波长:220 nm,建立文多灵生物碱的HPLC测定法。结果利用建立的HPLC分析方法,成功测定了长春花药材不同部位中文多灵生物碱的含量。结论文多灵生物碱在长春花药材不同部位中均有分布,在叶中的分布显著高于在其他部位中的分布。

Abstract:Objective To study the distribution of vindoline alkaloid in Catharanthus roseu for mass production of herb Catharantii. Methods Eluted at 1.0 mL · min-1 with the mobile phase methano-water (60 : 40, adjusted to pH=8- 9 with diethylamine and phosphoric acid) on C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 10μm) column, and detected at 220 nm, an HPLC method for vindoline determination was established. Results Vindoline was successfully determined at different parts of the plant of Catharanthus roseu. Conclusion Vindoline distributes all over the tested parts of the plant, and its content in the leaf is significantly higher than that in other parts of the plant.
