| 摘 要： | 笔对31例低分子右旋糖酐致皮肤瘙痒的病例进行了临床观察，总结了瘙痒的发生与持续时间、好发部位及特点治疗情况等，并采取针对性护理措施如：加强心理护理，观察瘙痒变化，皮肤护理等，取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | Through observing and nursing 31 patients suffering from such itch, we summarized clinical characteristics of skin itch caused by dextran 40, such as the occurrence and the course of i!ch, the liable positions and the treatments. In our practice, we took corresponding nursing measures like mental nursing, observation of itch changes, skin nursing and achieved satisfactory results. |
