阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征及相关高血压患者与氧化损伤的相关性研究

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）及OSAHS相关高血压（OSAHAHT）患者血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸（8-OHdG）和锰超氧化物歧化酶（MnSOD）水平的变化。方法选择OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者各20例及健康对照组20例，应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清8-OHdG水平，黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测血清MnSOD水平，并与睡眠呼吸监测指标进行相关性分析。结果与对照组相比，OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者血清8-OHdG水平明显升高，MnSOD水平明显降低（P〈0．01）；血清8-OHdG及MnSOD水平与反映睡眠呼吸暂停严重程度的指标有相关性（P〈0．01）。结论OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者存在8-OHdG及MnSOD水平的变化，且与病情严重程度相关。OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者存在氧化应激及氧化损伤。

Study on Oxidation Damage in Patients with OSAHS and OSAHAHT

Objective To investigate the roles of serum 8- hydroxy- 2＇-deoxyguanosine （8- OHdG）and serum manganese superoxide dismutase （MnSOD） in the patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） and related OSAHS hypertension （OSAHAHT）. Methods 20 patients with OSAHS and 20 patients with OSAHAHT were included randomly in this study, and 20 ＇healthy subjects were included as control group. Serum 8- OHdG and MnSOD levels of the patients from the 3 groups were measured. The relationship between serum 8- OHdG and MnSOD levels and the indexes of polysomnography was analysed. Results The serum levels of 8- OHdG were higher and the serum levels of MnSOD were lower in the pateits with OSAHS when compared with those in the control group （P〈 0.01）. The serum 8- OHdG and MnSOD levels in the patients with OSAHS and OSAHAHT were correlated significantly with the polysomnography indexes reflecting the severity of obstructive sleep apnea（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Serum 8- OHdG and MnSOD levels in the patients with OSAHS and OSAHAHT would change significantly, and they might correlated with the severity of the disease. In the patients with OSAHS and OSAHAHT the oxydative stress and damage process would be much significant.
