低场磁共振T1 FLAIR在前列腺检查中的应用(与SE序列比较)

目的：评估低场磁共振T1 FLAIR对前列腺检查的价值。方法：分析50例志愿者的前列腺MRI正常解剖；评估42例前列腺癌，76例前列腺增生，48例前列腺炎的磁共振诊断价值。结果：T1 FLAIR在显示前列腺内部结构、包膜和神经血管束方面与SE T1 WI(T1—SE)在统计学上差异有显著性意义；T1 FLAIR对疾病诊断价值的评分明显高于T1-SE。结论：T1 FLAIR在前列腺检查中有较高的使用价值。

Usefulness of T1-weighted fluid-attenuated inversion recovery sequence of low field MRI in evaluation of the prostate:comparison with T1-weighted spin echo image

Objective:To assess the value of low field MRI using T 1 fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) sequence in examining prostate.Methods:MRI studies were performed on 50 healthy volunteers and patients with various prostatic diseases,including 42 prostatic cancers,72 benign prostatic hyperplasias (BPH),and 48 prostatitis.The normal MR anatomy of prostate was analyzed and the diagnostic value of T 1 FLAIR sequence and conventional T 1-weighted SE sequence (SE T 1WI) in various prostatic diseases was evaluated.Results:There was significant statistical difference between T 1 FLAIR sequence and SE T 1WI imaging in visualization of detailed normal anatomic structures of prostate including internal structures,capsule and neurovascular bundle.T 1 FLAIR sequence was also superior to SE T 1WI in diagnostic grading scores of prostatic diseases.Conclusion:T 1 FLAIR sequence is of great clinical value in evaluation of the prostatic disease.
