摘    要:目的研究中药牡丹皮活性成分丹皮酚的合成方法。方法以间苯二酚为原料,通过乙酰化得到2,4-二羟基苯乙酮,应用四丁基碘化铵为相转移催化剂与碘甲烷甲基化得到丹皮酚。结果合成丹皮酚总收率为68.32%,目标化合物通过UV、IR表征。结论以间苯二酚为原料、直接用水蒸气蒸馏得到丹皮酚,该方法操作简便,稳定可靠,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To prepare 2-hydroxy-4-methoxyl acetophenone which is the effective components of Chinese herbal medicine Cortex Moutan,paeonol.METHODS Paeonol was synthesized from resorcin through two steps of acetylation and methylation with methyl iodide,using Tetrabutylammonium iodide as the phase transfer catalyst,moreover paeonol was purified by steam distillation.RESULTS The total yield was 68.32%,the structure of target compound was confirmed by UV,IR.CONCLUSION The high purity paeonol was synthesized from resorcin through steam distillation.The method was simple,stabilize and could be applied in the industrial production.
