VEGF和E-cadherin在结直肠癌中的表达及其意义

目的　研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和上皮型钙粘蛋白 (E cadherin)在结直肠癌原发灶及转移淋巴结中的表达 ,探索评估结直肠癌病人临床预后的指标。方法　通过免疫组织化学方法回顾性分析我院 32例结直肠癌标本中VEGF和E cadherin在原发灶及转移淋巴结中的表达 ,并分析其与肿瘤临床病理特征间的关系。结果　VEGF和E cadherin在结肠癌原发灶中的阳性染色主要定位于细胞膜 ,阳性表达率分别为 5 0 .0 %和 34.4 %。VEGF的阳性百分率肿瘤与局部浸润程度和淋巴结转移有关。结论　VEGF的过度表达和E cadherin的低表达与肿瘤局部浸润程度和淋巴结转移有关 ,可以作为判断结直肠癌预后的辅助指标

Expression and significance of VEGF and E-cadherin in colorectal carcinoma

Objective To explore the indictors for evaluating the prognosis of the patients with colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of VEGF and E cadherin in the primary focus of colorectal carcinomas and metastastic lymph nodes in the samples of 32 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital was detected by using immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression of them and clinicopathologic character of cancer was analyzed. The positive staining of VEGF and E cadherin was mostly located at the cellular membrane in the primary focus of colorectal cancer with the positive rate being 50% and 34.4% respectively.The positive rate of VEGF in neoplasm was relative with the degree of local infiltration and metastasis of lymph node.Conclusion The overexpression of VEGF and low expression of E cadherin are relative with the degree of local infiltration and metastasis of lymph node in colorectal carcinoma.They can be used as auxiliary indexes to evaluate the prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma.
