住院精神分裂症患者体重流行病学调查

目的 掌握住院精神分裂症患者体重流行病学资料，分析影响因素。方法 采用国人体重标准衡量，对随机抽取的省，市，县住院精神分裂症患者体重进行流行病学调查及相关因素调查。结果 体重超重得占48.37%，其中肥胖前期占32.61%，肥胖占15.76%。多因素Logistic分析显示；超重的发生与X3（年龄），X11（既往治疗），X16（氯氮平合并维思通）因子呈正相关。与X1（级别），X2（性别），X6（病程）呈负相关。结论 住院精神分裂症患者体重增加明显，其影响因素是多方面的；关注患者体重增加，采取综合措施干预有利于病人身心健康及提高治疗依从性。

Epidemic investigation of body weight in schizophrenia.

Objective To obtain the epidemic weight data and correlated factors of weight in schizophren-ica . Methods With the Chinese standard of Body Mass Index(BMI) ,the data and the factors were investigated in three-level hospitals in randomCincluding provincal level,prefecture level and county level). Results The prevalence of overweight was 48. 37% in the total,including the pre-obesity 32. 61% .obesity 15. 76%. Logistic Regression Analysis showed that the overweight was correlated positively with X3(age),X11 (therapeutic history) ,X16 (clozapine and risperdal) and correlated negatively with X1 (different level) ,X2 (sex) ,X6 (course of disease). Conclusions The weight of schizophrenia increased remarkably. The factors are multiple and more attention should be paid.
