儿童体格发育1990～1995年变化趋势

分析了１９９０和１９９５年河北、黑龙江、宁夏、浙江、广东、四川和北京市国家统计局社会经济调查队的约２５０００户的小于６岁儿童的体格测量数据，以观察其变化趋势。结果表明：儿童身高体重在５年间均有改进，体重比身高增长得快，城市比农村增长得快。相应的营养不良患病率除城市消瘦儿童患病率外５年内都有所下降。特别是以体重不足为代表的营养不良，城市下降了４２．２％，农村下降了２１．２％。在这期间较高、较重和较胖儿童比例虽然不大但也成倍地增长，值得注意。

The changing trend of weight and height of children(1990～1995)

Described are the main findings of the anthropometrical measurement of preschool children in about 25000 household in 7 provinces, autonomus region and municipality carried by the State Statistic Bureauin 1990 and 1995.The results showed that there were much improvement in weight and height of children in 5 years. Weight increased more than height.Urban children increased more than rural. Accordingly the prevalence of stunted, under weight and wasted children (except urban wasted children) were lowered, especially the under weight children lowered 42.2%in urban and 21.27%in rural. At the same time the proportion of children with Z score>2 was increasing rapidly.
