| 摘 要： | 胃食管反流病(GORD)是指胃内容物反流至远端食管导致的症状和食管粘膜损害(食管炎)。但是,反流性食管炎症状的轻重与粘膜损害的程度并不一致。同样,内镜证实有食管炎的患者也不一定都有严重的症状。
