实施系统化整体护理应注意的几个问题

通过近1年的临床实践，认为在实施系统化整体护理中应注意以下几个问题；（1）不能把系统化整体护理教条化；（2）系统化整体护理不是万能的，也不是一个空洞的框架；（3）只有转变观念，引入竞争机制，才能真正增强服务意识，保证系统化整体护理实施的有效性；（4）完善管理机制，确保整体护理质量；（5）抓好健康教育环节。（6）对系统化整体护理的评估，要切合实际，制定出一套科学而详尽的标准，突出整体性、预见性和实效性。
