中药复方心肌康对原发性高血压左室肥厚大鼠左心室功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察中药复方心肌康对原发性高血压左室肥厚(EH-LVH)大鼠左室功能的影响。方法采用14同龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)。检测14周龄SHR、28周龄自然病程SHR以及经中药复方治疗的SHR的血压(BP)、左室重/体重(LVM/BW)、左室壁相对厚度(LVWT)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)以及左室发展压(LVDP)等的变化。结果 14周龄SHR已形成LVH,SHR-LVH大鼠左室舒张末压显著升高(P<0.01),左室发展压显著降低(P<0.01),而中药复方则能明显改善SHR-LVH大鼠左室舒张功能和左室收缩性能,提高左室顺应性,降低左室的僵硬度。结论中药复方对SHR-LVH大鼠左室功能具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective The effect of formula of Xinjikang (XJK) on left ventricular function of spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) with essential hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy (EH- LVH) was observed. Methods Spontaneously hypertensive rats were adopted, such indexes as blood pressure( BP), left ventricular mass/body weight ( LVM/BW) , left ventricular wall thickness (LVWT) ,left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) and left ventricular - developed pressure (LVDP) of 14- week- old SHRs,28- week - old SHRs and SHRs treated by formula of XJK were measured. Results 14-week- old SHRs developed LVH had higher LVEDP(P < 0.01) .and lower LVDP (P< 0.01) .Formula of regulating blood circulation and eliminating phlegm could improve SHRs'left ventricular diastolic and systolic functions,enhance the left ventricular compliance and decrease left ventricular stiffness. Conclusions Formula of XJK could protect the left ventricular cunc-tion.
