| 摘 要： | 本文报道了根据肿瘤三维定位的不同,采用相应的入路和体位,取得了比较满意的手术效果。我们对3种入路和相应体位的选择依据,手术中注意的要点进行了具体的讨论。

| Abstract: | Ten cases of tumors of posterior area of third ventricle of cerebrum were operated from October 1991 to October 1992.The operative effect was comparatively satisfayctoyr. This article presents corresponding pathway and posture adopted on the basis of difference of three-dimensional location of tumors. Authors particularly discuss adopting foundation of three kinds of pathways and corresponding posture and main points noticed on operation. |
