| 摘 要： | 目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗面部深度烧伤的临床效果.方法:对78例面部深度烧伤创面外用MEBO治疗,早期辅以耕耘处理,观察创面愈合时间和创面愈合后瘢痕增生情况.结果:78例面部深度烧伤全部治愈,仅1例深Ⅱ度深型、2例Ⅲ度浅型创面愈后留有表浅瘢痕,全部患者愈后无五官功能障碍和畸形.结论:MEBO治疗面部深度烧伤方法简单,能促进创面愈合,减轻瘢痕增生,效果明显.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of treating facial deep burn with MEBO.Method： 78 cases of patients with facial deep burn wounds were treated with MEBO combining with ploughing therapy at the early stage of the treatment,then wound healing time and scar formation were observed.Results： 78 cases of facial deep burn all healed.One case of deep 2^nd degree and two cases of superficial 3^rd degree face burn healed with slight scar.No facial dysfunction and deformities were observed for all healed cases.Conclusion： Treating facial deep burn with MEBO is a simple and effective method due to its advantages of promoting wound healing and reducing scar formation. |
