| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨B超对睾丸恶性淋巴瘤诊断的影像学特征。方法：用Aloka-ssd-2000型B超仪，探头频率7.5MHz,对8例被疑为睾丸肿瘤的病人进行检查。结果：根据B超影像特征，结合年龄，病史均于术前报告中给予有意义的提示，其中5例提示与病理结果符合。结论：由于B超可重复性及其特殊的声像图谱，可对睾丸恶性淋巴瘤进行早期有意义的提示，结合CT或MRI亦可为睾丸恶性淋巴瘤临床判断类型与分期提供客观依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application of B mode ultrasonography in the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma of testis.Methods:Eight patients with suspected testicular lymphoma were examined with Aloka ssd 2000 ultraso nic instrument,at a frequency of 7.5MHz.Results:On the basis of the case history and patient's age,the imaging features of ultrosonography were significantly indicative of the disease prior to operation and the diagnosis was confirmed in 5 cases by pathological examination.Conclusion:Ultrasonography can provide significant indications of early diagnosis of testis lymphoma,and when combined with the tota from CT and MRI it can also form clinical basis for the differentiation of types and stages of testis lymphoma. |
