应用自体LAK回输治疗晚期癌症疗效观察

我们在３２例晚期癌症患者中，制备自体ＬＡＫ回输治疗共３９例次。结果发现，患者一般情况改善，Ｚｕｂｒｏｄ－ＥＣＯＧ－ＷＨＯ计分明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），临床上患者有食欲增强、疼痛减轻、精神好转、体力增强和体重增加等。疗效评估发现，ＣＲ２例（６．２５％），ＰＲ９例（２８．１２５％），ＭＲ１１例（３４．３７５％），ＮＣ４例（１２．５％），ＰＤ６例（１８．７５％），有效率为３４．３７５％。治疗毒副作用观察仅发现２例次（５．１３％）有一过性中等度发热。

TREATMENT OF ADVANCED CANCER WITH THE SYSTEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF AUTOLOGOUS LYMPHOKINE-ACTIVATED KILLERS

We prepared autololgous lymphokine-activated killers and infused intravenously 39 times in 32 patients with advanced cancer.It was found that the systemic condition improved,scores of Zubrod-ECOG-WHO decreased sighificantly(P<0.01 )and clinically appetite and weight gained and pain resolved and so on After 32 late cancer patients were administrated by autologous lymphokine actiriated killers, it was found that 2 patients(6. 25%)were complete response, 9 patients(28.125%) were partial response, 11 patients(34.375%)were minor response,4 patients(12.5%) were no change and 6 patinents(18.75%)were progressive disease, Effective rate was (34.375%) .Observations of the side effects only found that 2 patients(5.13%)had tramsient mild fever.
