| 摘 要： | 医院文化是企业文化的一个分支，作者通过从物质层、制度层、行为层和精神层的文化层次结构分析，提出必须深刻理解和把握医院文化的层次结构，自觉地将高尚的伦理道德建设渗透和贯穿到医院文化的各个层次结构中，即通过医务人员良好的道德素质、精湛的医疗技术、优质的服务，为患者提供更加优质、更加满意的服务。

| Abstract: | Hospital culture is a branch of enterprise culture.The author pointed out that we must understand and grasp the gradation struction of hospital culture.Meanwhile we will make ethical construction penetrate hospital's all levels. Thus medical staff can provide more pefect and satified service from favorable moral quality and consuramate medical technology. |
