| 摘 要： | 以信息技术为手段,在新版电子病历系统应用基础上,开发电子病历质控系统.该系统可在线实时检查病历质量及反馈质控信息,并对检查结果作出进一步统计分析,明显提高了电子病历的完整性和及时性,使病历内涵质量得到保证,病历质控效能全面提升,提高了医疗管理水平.

| Abstract: | Based on the application of new version of electronic medical records,the quality control system of electronic medical records was constructed by information technology.Through the application of the system,the quality of medical records can be inspected and fed back,the results of the inspection can be further analyzed,which improves the completeness and timeliness of electronic medical records,promotes the improvement of health care management quality in the hospital. |
