| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国建立医疗质量检测与控制指标的基本情况,并从成立质量指标管理组织、明确数据采集流程、优化现有信息系统、加强数据质量管理等方面就构建医疗质量监测系统进行了分析,认为医疗质量信息监测系统的应用,产生了质量统计指标,使医疗质量管理更加客观,便于指导临床实践.

| Abstract: | Under the background of constructing medical quality monitoring and control system,the medical quality monitoring system was established from aspects of the establishment of medical quality index management organization,data collection process,optimization of information system,and strengthening data quality management.The application of the medical quality information monitoring system produces quality statistical indicators,promote the standardized and objective management of medical quality,which is easy for guidance the clinical practical work. |
