| Abstract: | The paper presented the importance meaning of construction of the medical disputes management system in research-oriented hospital.Through summarizing the problems of medical disputes management,new performance system was designed and explored from aspects of management mechanism innovation,strengthen the organization system,optimizing the technological process,to provide references for establishment of medical disputes management system in research-oriented hospital. |
