Parkinson's disease is the common degencrative disease of central nervous system,its specific etiology and pathogenesis are not entirely clear yet,and it is also unable to be cured radically at present.This article reiews clinical researches and prospect of parkinson's disease from its etiology,pathogenic factor,pathogenesis,diagnostic imaging,drug therapy,surgery therapy,the tissue and cell transplantation treatment and the gene therapy.
