Nursing risk analysis and precautionary measures for convalescents in advanced age

Objective To explore the nursing risks and precautionary measures for convalescents in advanced age so as to secure the safety of the convalescents and the nursing personnel.Methods The nursing risk factors and characteristics for convalescents in advanced age were analyzed and summarized.Results The risk factors were various coming from the elderly convalescents themselves and also from the nursing personnel and so on.Conclusion By analyzing causes of the nursing risk factors and adopting relevant precautionary measures for the convalescents in advanced age,the legal awareness sense of the nursing personnel was enhanced,the comprehensive quality of the nursing personnel was promoted,the nursing management system was practically implemented,the nursing mistakes and disputes were reduced,thus to improve the nursing quality,to assure the nursing security and ultimately guarantee the personal safety of both the convalescents and the nursing personnel.
