腹腔镜辅助与开腹远端胃癌根治术的临床对比研究

目的比较腹腔镜辅助与开腹远端胃癌根治术的手术效果。方法选取2009年1月～2011年1月我院行腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌根治术患者28例为研究对象，设立为腹腔镜组，另选择同期开腹手术病例28例作为对照组，比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、平均术中清扫淋巴结数、住院时间、术后并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜组手术时间明显长于对照组（P〈0．05），腹腔镜组平均术中出血量、平均住院时间、平均术中清扫淋巴结数、术后并发症发生率明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌根治术具有术中出血少、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点，值得推广和应用。

Clinical comparative study of laparoscopic-assisted and open radical surgery for distal gastric cancer

Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic-assisted and open distal gastric cancer radical surgery.Methods From 2009 to 2011,underwent laparoscopic-assisted remote gastric cancer patients with radical resection of the 28 cases as the objects of study(laparoscopic group),and the other 28 cases open surgery cases during the same period as the control group,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,number of harvested lymph nodes in the average surgery,hospitalization time,postoperative complication rate were compared between two groups.Results The operative time with the laparoscopic group was significantly longer than the control group(P<0.05),the average intraoperative blood loss,the average length of stay,the average intraoperative number of harvested lymph nodes,postoperative disease incidence rate in the laparoscopic group was significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic-assisted distal gastrectomy with less blood loss,postoperative recovery,fewer complications,advantages,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
