| 摘 要： | 生存质量测定作为一种较全面的体现新的健康观念和医学模式的评价体系,已在医学领域得到了广泛的应用,并已被引入眼科领域,而葡萄膜炎患者生存质量量表的研究尚未见报道.葡萄膜炎患者无论是视力层次,还是在病理性视觉下产生的主观改变等方面均具有特异性,临床药物治疗和疾病本身对患者的生理造成的影响以及健康的医疗干预也有特殊性.本文根据葡萄膜炎患者的这些特点,对制订慢性葡萄膜炎患者生存质量量表进行了初步的探讨.

| Abstract: | Quality of Life,a manifestation of a more comprehensive evaluation system of the new concepts of health and medical model,has been widely used in the medical field and has been introduced in the field of ophthalmology as well,and scale studies on quality of life of uveitis patients have not been reported.Patient with uveitis possesses its specificity,either on visual level,subjective changes or pathological visual specificity of clinical treatment and disease caused by the patient’s physiological and health impact of medical interventions.This article did a preliminary study on the formulation of the scale of quality of life based on these characteristics of uveitis patients. |
