医院影像学科绩效考核体系的实践与探讨

摘    要:影像学科室绩效评价和管理机制的建立是医院管理的一个难点。徐州医学院附属淮安医院从2008年1月至2011年12月开始对影像学科的绩效体系进行了科学、细致、谨慎的改革,确定了影像科绩效组成及考核的主要指标和考核细则。改革后的绩效体系运行后,使医院影像科的医护人员工作积极性和热情明显提高,促进了医院健康稳定的发展。

Abstract:Establishing performance assessment and management mechanism in medical imaging department is a difficult point for hospital management.A scientific,meticulous and cautious reform on performance system of medical imaging department in Huai’an Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou medical college had been carried out from Jan 2008 to Dec 2011.The dimensionalities,main index and details of performance assessment system had been set up.The new performance system has burnt medical staff’s enthusiasm and promoted hospital’s healthy and stable development.
