| Abstract: | The paper introduced some of the operational specifications of clinical examination laboratory and emphasized the importance of its quality management. The cost benefit of quality management was analyzed. The author accounted that quality was the goal of clinical laboratory, benefit was its foundation. So it should pursue the best quality based on the conditions of cost, benefit and risk. |
