武汉市居民自我药疗知识知晓情况调查

目的了解武汉市居民自我药疗知识知晓现状。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法,由经过培训的调查员对抽取的居民进行现场问卷调查。结果居民对中(成)药也有毒副作用的知晓率较低(45.4%),而对于服药分饭前、饭后的知晓率较高(88.4%),掌握自我药疗知识较好的居民其自我药疗行为的安全性较高。结论自我药疗知识对自我药疗行为具有积极影响,通过提高居民自我药疗知识知晓率可以有效减少居民自我药疗行为的风险。

An Investigation on the Awareness of Knowledge about Self-medication in Wuhan residents

Objective To study the awareness of knowledge about self-medication in Wuhan residents.Methods Questionnaire was conducted among the residents by stratified random sampling method.Results Only 45.4% of the residents know that the Chi-nese traditional medicines have side effects,while 88.4% of the residents know that medicines can be taken before or after the meal.The residents who obtain more knowledge of self-medication have safer behavior of self-medication.Conclusion The knowledge of self-medication has a positive influence on the self-medication behavior of the residents.The health risk of self-medication can be ef-fectively diminished by increasing the awareness rate of knowledge of self-medication in the residents.
