Survivin蛋白在肺鳞癌中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨Survivin蛋白在肺鳞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法用链霉菌生物素蛋白 过氧化物酶免疫组织化学法 (SP法 ) ,检测 4 2例手术切除的肺鳞癌组织及其 30例正常肺组织中Survivin蛋白的表达。结果 5 9 0 9%的肺鳞癌组织有Survivin蛋白表达 ,30例正常肺组织中无Survivin蛋白表达 (P <0 0 0 1)。Survivin蛋白与肺鳞癌组织病理分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移预后正相关与性别、年龄、吸烟史无明显相关性 (P均 >0 0 5 )。结论Survivin蛋白在肺鳞癌组织发生发展中起抑制癌细胞凋亡的重要作用 ,从而Survivin基因有望成为基因治疗的新靶点。

Clinic effect and expression of survivin protein in Squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between survivin protein expression with clinical pathological features in Squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Survivin protein expressions in surgical specimens from 42 cases of Squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 30 cases of normal lung tissues were detected by streptavidinperoxdase immunohistochemical technique.Results Survivin protein expression was detected in 26 cases (59.09%) of Squamous cell carcinoma tissues,but no expression of survivin protein in 30 cases normal lung tissues(P<0.001).By stastistical analysis,there was no relationship between survivin protein and sex,age,smoking history,A correlation was found between survivin protein and pathological grades,TNM stages,lymph node metastases,prognosis.Conclusion Survivin protein expression in Squamous cell carcinoma suggested that survivin may play a role in the pathway of carcinogenesis and survivin may be potential therapeutic target in Squamous cell carcinoma.
