普通探头在氩氦刀术中靶向引导的应用价值

目的 探讨普通探头在氩氦刀术中靶向引导的应用价值。方法 开腹后用B超普通探头对6例肿瘤患者的肿块进行定位，并引导穿刺置入氩氦刀对病灶进行冷冻，实时监测其冷冻过程。结果 对4例肝癌、1例肾癌、1例前列腺癌的氩氦刀冷冻治疗中，B超能观察到病灶受到冷冻的范围，避免了对周围组织及大血管的损伤。结论 普通探头在氩氦刀术中可准确定位及引导穿刺，实时监测刀的位置及冷冻冰球的大小，其创伤小、安全性高，能达到与术中探头同样的效果。

The Target-Guided Value of Non-operative Probe during Operation of Cryocare Surgical System with 6 Cases Report

Objective To investigate the target-guided value of non-operative probe during operation of cryocare surgical system (CSS).Methods After opening the abdominal cavity of patients with tumor,we located the site of tumor and guided the CSS to it by using the non-operative probe to freeze the tumor and monitored the procedure. Results B-mode ultrasound showed clearly the size of frozen tissue of tumor on 4 hepatic carcinoma, 1 renal carcinoma and 1 prostatic carcinoma so that tissue and main vessels around the tumor were not damaged. Conclusion non-operative probe can correctly locate the site of tumor, guide the CSS and monitor the procedure during operation. It has small impairment and high safety and is equivalent to operative probe.
