改良溶栓疗法治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效观察

目的观察溶栓疗法治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)的疗效。方法采用随机、双盲方法，59例UAP患者分为观察组(30例)和对照组(29例)进行研究。观察组采用小剂量、延迟溶栓、延长疗程的改良溶栓疗法。结果治疗后观察组较对照组72h心绞痛累计发作次数减少[(0.8±0.9)vs，(1.6±1.9)次，P<0.01]，累计心绞痛发作时间减少[(7.4±2.8)vs，(1.76±5.7)min，P<0.01]。ST段偏移总和减少[(0.5±0.2)vs，(1.1±0.3)mv，P<0.01]。30d内心脏事件发生率观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量、延迟溶栓、延长疗程的改良溶栓疗法治疗UAP疗效确切。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OFTHE EFFECT OF MODIFIED THROMBOLYTIC THERAPY FOR THE TREATMENT OF UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified thrombolytic therapy in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods 59 cases of UAP were randomly divided into thrombolysis group (30 cases) and control group (29cases). The thrombosis group were treated with modified thrombolytic therapy with small dosage to delay the thrombolysis and to prolong the treatment course. Results Contrastive study with the control group after the therapy showed that within 72 hours the total incidence of angina was decreased (0.8±0.9 times vs 1.6±1.9 times, P<0.01); the lasting time of angina was shortened (7.4±2.8minutes vs 1.76±5.7minutes, P<0.01), and ST section deviation was also reduced (0.5±0.2 mv vs 1.1±0.3mv. P<0.01). The incidence of heart events in the thrombolysis group was less than that in the control group (6.7% vs 1.0, P<0.05). Conclusion The modified thrombolytic therapy by using small dosage to delay the thrombolysis and to prolong the treatment course is effective for UAP.
