结肠腺癌组织p27kip1表达水平及与临床病理因素的关系

目的 观察结肠腺癌组织p27kip1表达水平,探索其与肿瘤分化程度等临床病理因素间的关系.方法 HE和免疫组化染色,常规观察与图像分析结合测量结肠腺癌等组织p27kip1阳性细胞体积密度、阳性细胞比率,分析其与肿瘤分化程度等因素间关系.结果 结肠腺癌组织癌细胞体积密度与对照肠粘膜上皮间无明显差别,但其p27kip1阳性表达率明显低于对照肠粘膜和结肠腺瘤组织,与邻癌粘膜组织差异无显著性.结肠腺癌p27kip1表达水平与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移相关,与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关.结论 结肠腺癌组织p27kip1表达水平降低,且与肿瘤恶性程度、侵袭能力、淋巴结转移有关,可作为判定结肠癌恶性程度及预后的一个指标.

The expression of p27kip1 in colorectal adenocarcinoma and the correlation with the clinicopathological features

Objective To investigate the expression of p27kip1 protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma and relationship with the biological behaviors. Methods p27kip1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry using two-step ways of En Vision system. The numberical densities and the positive rates of p27kip1 were measured by image analysis.Results The expression of p27kip1 was significantly lower in colorectal carcinoma tissue than in normal colorectal mucosa and adenoma, but it had not difference as compared with the adjacent mucous tissue. p27kip1 expression in carcinoma tissue was correlated significantly with differentiation grade, invasive depth and local lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The decrease of p27kip1 expression may be involved in the malignant transformation of colorectal epithelial cells to colorectal adenocarcinoma.
