Effect of emergency management team in operating room on physiological status and quality of life in patients with ruptured and bleeding liver cancer after operation

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency management team in operating room on the physiological status and quality of life in patients with ruptured and bleeding liver cancer after operation.Methods From January 2017 to November 2029,75 patients with ruptured and bleeding liver cancer were selected at Shanghai Minhang District Central Hospital.They were randomly divided into an observation group(40 patients)and a control group(35 patients)using radon table method.Both groups underwent normal operation.Additionally,the observation group received perioperative nursing provided by emergency management team in operating room.The postoperative physiological status,quality of life and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of hemoglobin,oxygen saturation rate and partial pressure of oxygen were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,social function and health status were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The intrahepatic recurrence occurred in 6 patients and peritoneal metastasis occurred in 9 patients in the control group compared with 0 and 1,respectively in the observation group(all P<0.05).One patient(2.5%)died in the observation group and 3 patients died in the control group(8.6%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Emergency management team in operating room can effectively improve the level of hemoglobin and oxygen saturation,improve quality of life,reduce the recurrence and metastasis rate in patients with ruptured and bleeding liver cancer,and the mortality rate is low.
