加工技术对中药挥发油成分差异性分析

中药挥发油发挥临床疗效和确保安全性的前提之一是要保证挥发油质量稳定均一。一方面,药用植物入药部位、产地、采收期等药材自身品质会造成中药挥发油的质量差异;另一方面,加工技术如提取工艺、炮制方法等也可能影响中药挥发油的质量,容易造成挥发油出油率、所含化学成分等方面的差异,进而影响挥发油的疗效。因此,控制挥发油质量稳定均一是中药挥发油发挥疗效的关键之一。本文从挥发油出油率、外观性状、成分种类及主要成分含量方面分析了药材经不同加工技术对中药挥发油质量造成的差异,以期为中药挥发油的开发及中药挥发油质量标准的建立提供参考。

Analysis of the difference in the composition of volatile oils of traditional Chinese medicine caused by processing technology

One of the prerequisites to ensure the clinical efficacy and safety of volatile oils is to ensure the quality stability and uniformity.On the one hand,the quality of the essential oils of traditional Chinese medicine will be different because of the position,place of origin and harvest period of medicinal plants,on the other hand,the processing technology such as extraction technology and processing method,which is easy to cause the difference in the oil yield and chemical composition of the volatile oil,may also affects the quality,and then affects the curative effect.Therefore,controlling the quality stability and uniformity of volatile oils is one of the key points to ensure the efficacy of volatile oils.In this paper,the quality difference of volatile oils caused by different processing techniques was analyzed from the aspects of oil yield,appearance character,composition type and main component content,in order to provide reference for the development of volatile oil products and establishment of quality standard.
