| Abstract: | Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),including ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn’s disease(CD),is a recurrent chronic inflammatory bowel disease,which is generally considered the occurrence and development of IBD are closely related to the abnormalities of the autoimmune system.The gastrointestinal tract needs to maintain a delicate balance between tolerance to content and immunity to pathogens,and T lymphocyte subsets play an important role in this process.This article reviewed recent studies on the role of T lymphocyte subsets in the occurrence and development of chronic inflammation in IBD,and its guidance for new treatment options. |
