2型糖尿病患者血液流变学及血脂水平结果分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血脂、血液流变学水平的变化与高脂血症、高黏滞的关系。方法对100例糖尿病患者的血液流变学及血脂进行检测,并与正常对照组比较。结果糖尿病组胆固醇、甘油三酯、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原等水平与对照组相比显著增高,红细胞变形指数显著降低,差异具有显著性(P均<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者常伴随血脂、血液流变学的改变,可导致血脂升高及血液高黏滞。

The analytical results of hemorrheological indices and blood lipid levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the changes of blood lipid levels,hemorrheological indices in type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia,hyperviscosity.Methods The hemorrheological indices and blood lipid levels were detected in 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,then compared with the normal control group.Results The elevated levels of cholesterol,triglyceride,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation indices and fibrinogen were obtained in diabetes mellitus group,while RBC deformation index decreased significantly,compared to the normal control group,there were statistically significant differences(all P<0.01).Conclusion Diabetes mellitus often accompanied with blood lipid and hemorrheological changes,which can result in elevated blood lipids and blood hyperviscosity.
