谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶 M1基因多态性与糖尿病相关性研究

目的：探讨谷胱甘肽 S-转移酶 M1基因（GSTM1）多态性与糖尿病的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应（PCR）的方法对正常健康对照组（n ＝110）与糖尿病组（n ＝112）GSTM1基因型进行检测。结果糖尿病组GSTM1缺失率（72．32％）明显高于正常对照组（35．45％），两者差异有显著统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。结论 GSTM1基因多态性与糖尿病存在相关性，GSTM1基因缺失型可能是糖尿病高危易感因素。

Correlation study on the glutathione S-transferase M1 gene polymorphisms in patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the association of glutathione S-transferase M1 (GSTM1)gene polymor-phism in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods The GSTM1 genotypes were identified by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR)with peripheral blood DNA samples from patients or controls.Results The frequencies of null GSTM1 genotypes in the patients with diabetes mellitus and controls were 72.32% and 35.45%,respectively. There were statistical significantly differences of frequencies of null GSTM1 genotypes between the cases group with control group (P <0.01).Conclusion The null alleles of GSTM1 may be a strong predisposing risk factor for diabe-tes mellitus.
